A family and friends project
If you have never been to our restaurant, you’ll probably want to know more. We are also curious, foodies and enjoy getting to know the stories behind places we like or aren’t familiar with.
We would like to introduce ourselves. Thanks for your interest.
Ibiza is our paradise and Olivia's Ibiza Kitchen has been conceived as a meeting place.

Dani comes from Galicia, and after having worked in different world-renowned restaurants around Spain for more than ten years, he now puts all his experience at the helm of our kitchen.
ALEJANDRO VAN DER HAGEN
Alejandro is our son, a chef who takes care of details, loves spices, and whose specialties are rice dishes and fresh fish. It was his dream to start this adventure in Ibiza.
The perfect time to shape a family project
We, Sonja and Jan, saw that it was time for us to settle in Ibiza, our true love. We started to think about the idea and thought it could be an opportunity to team up together. The whole family together.
Sonja's sister Nathalie, an artist, designer and illustrator in Hamburg, created our corporate design and website which immediately reflected the identity we had in mind.
When the project was named after our daughter Olivia, everything clicked. She is studying interior design and, like the whole family, shares a passion for craftsmanship, objects and well-cared-for spaces.
Olivia's younger brothers, Victor and Maxi, are eager to help out this summer.
